Alessandro Viola is a small producer located in the North-West of Sicily. He farms his 17 hectares of Indigenous grape varieties biodynamically and uses a hands off approach in the cellar. As always, this new vintage of wines are all exceptional. 

This is 100% Skin Macerated Grillo that has been aged in chestnut barrels for seven months. Beautiful, textural skinsy number.

Cinnamon, apple, earth and a lovely balance between rich and savoury.
