Sous le Végétal is a collaborative wine project between Jason Ligas and Patrick Bouju. Organic and biodynamic farming takes place on the Greek island of Somos, just a few km's of the coast of Turkey. The goal of the project is to showcase the different expressions of Muscat Blanc à Petits Grains and how the grape is transformed through the different microclimates and volcanic soils of Somos.
