Sauvignon Blanc from Verdigny, grown on clay and limestone. The vines average 50 years of age. Semi carbonic whole bunch maceration for 10 days, with purposefully late ripening grapes and featuring 50% botrytis. Aged for two years in tank and then another year in old wood.
Dense and mineral - grapefruit, pomegranate, chalk.
