Amazing expression of Trousseau from 80+ year old vines. Michel-Henri and Françoise Ratte are sourcing grapes from some of the best terroir in Arbois.
The grapes are hand harvested, de-stemmed and then undergo natural fermentation before being aged in old Burgundy barrels.
