Edouard Fortin - 2019 Premier Degrè
FRESH blend of Carignan, Grenache, Cinsault and Syrah sourced from Aragon and Caunes-Minervois, Southern France. The grapes undergo whole bunch carbonic maceration for 7-10 days, before being aged in tank for 5 months.
This wine is bursting with ripe berries and has a slightly spiced finish. A fave easy drinking red.
