Jean-Yves Péron is reviving 100 year old vines in the high altitude region of Savoie, in the French Alps. Péron farms following organic and biodynamic practices, honouring the ancient land that he farms. The terroir, and Péron's commitment to minimal intervention wine shine through in all his wines.
Rosé made from a blend of Gamay and Mondeuse. The grapes underwent a week of skin maceration before being pressed and placed in old oak for one year. The resulting Rosé is elegant and delicate. Beaut bottle.
