The Bass Phillip winery is based in Southern Gippsland. Bass Phillip work with the rhythms of nature both in the vineyard and the cellar. The vineyards have been Organic since 1993 and Biodynamic since 2002, they are also low-cropped and are not irrigated. The cool climate, high humidity and mineral rich soils make for exceptionally pure and complex wines. 

This Pinot Noir is iconic for a reason.
