"This is a bit more of a serious spin on a Central Victorian rose; tank fermented and barrel aged Nero D’Avola grown by Chalmers in northern Heathcote together with direct pressed Metcalfe Shiraz, farmed organically by Minim and fermented in tank. A lovely sweet-savoury balance here; the Nero packs the red fruit and candy whilst the Shiraz seasons this with a little spice and earnest good manners.

Such a great time this year. Less barrel use, with longer elevage in tank, retaining more freshness for YOU! A hope filled good time wine to enjoy outside with friends…..or inside for a little bit longer!"
