Antonio and Daniela De Gruttola coming out of Campania focus on preserving local, indigenous varieties from the region. Everything is farmed organically, and managed by hand. 

This is Falanghina, an ancient Italian grape variety, that has seen four days skin maceration and then aged for a year in chestnut casks. The grapes were sourced from vines planted around 400 metres above sea level, and averaging thirty years old. The soils where the vineyard is situated is rich in volcanic deposits. 


Mineral driven, savoury orange wine with a juicy edge and a lonnnng salty finish. Amazing bot.
