Antonio and Daniela De Gruttola coming out of Campania focus on preserving local, indigenous varieties from the region. Everything is farmed organically, and managed by hand. 

This is Fiano from vines planted 500 metres above seal level on calcareous marls, limestone and clay. The wine sees four days of skin contact before being pressed to chestnut and aged for a year.
