Aaron Fenwick is making these wines out of Anton Van Klopper's shed in the Adelaide Hills. Two ferments, half whole bunch and half destemmed. The first on skins for three days, and the second for six weeks. Chuck them together and you get this bottle of refreshing, tangy Semillon goodness.
