Chardonnay from Domaine Ratte. From a single vineyard plot in AOC Arbois close by to the Côteaux des Corvées. The vines are 60 years old planted over Marnes à Gryphées soil. 

The grapes are biodynamically farmed, and the fruit is hand harvested, slow pressed and then fermented using indigenous yeasts, and matured in old Meursault barrels.
