Ezio Cerruti has seven hectares of vines around 400 metres above sea level in the commune of Castiglione Tinella, Piedmont. Ezio farms everything organically and predominately works with Moscato, with some of his vines being up to 60 years old. 


This is Moscato that has been fermented in concrete before being put into bottle with grape must. No disgorgement and no SO2.


Aromatic, dry and chalky. A real winner.
