Organically farmed Poulsard from the Jura. Ludwig Bindernagel and Natalie Eigenschenck make exceptionally special wines. They believe that great wine starts in the vineyard, which means working with the natural rhythms of nature and doing everything by hand. Their vineyards are planted over unique marly, calcareous soil that is rich in fossilised oysters. 

This is a complex and vibrant Poulsard. Cherries, earth and just the right amount of funk to keep things interesting.
