The 'Villages' collection of wine from Mac Forbes was born out of  a desire to showcase the different sub-regions of the Yarra Valley. This comes from an East facing site within a smaller valley that runs from Yarra Junction to Poweltown. This site has later ripening periods and thicker skinned grapes. The resulting Pinot is elegant and structured, with higher acid.
