Alice Bouvot is the talented winemaker behind l'Octavin, making a range of wines that vary from the more traditional Jura style, to wines with a very unique twist.

Alice has 3.6 hectares of vineyards scattered around Arbois. Alice lovingly tends to her vines, and has biodynamic certification. This is direct press Chardonnay from Alice's vines in the En Poussot Vineyard, where the soils are rich with limestone. The grapes were crushed and the juice was transferred to fibreglass tank for fermentation. 

No adds to any of Alice's wines. Indigenous yeast, no fining, no filtering etc etc
