Travis Tausend - 2018 Sea Bass
Travis Tausend makes exceptional wine in the Southern end of the Adelaide Hills. Working first and foremost with the natural flows of the environment, he is committed to working in a way that respects the land. He takes a minimal intervention approach in the cellar and believes that each vintage should be a reflection of not only the environmental variations, but also the evolution of himself as a winemaker and person.
This is a zingy, acid driven Sauvignon Blanc from Hope Forest. The wine was direct pressed to tank, fermented for one year on lees and then transferred to bottle.
