THEY USE LOCAL ALPS YEAST AND HIDAHOMARE RICE GROWN IN THE REGION.
AN INTENSE, UNDILUTED SAKE CHARACTERISED BY THE TASTE OF HIDAHOMARE RICE-DERIVED UMAMI. IT IS SOFT, ROUND AND GENTLE BUT RICH IN FLAVOUR.
