Picked by us, made by Lou Chalmer of Yume Wine and reminiscent of our 2019 skin contact white - this fresh Sauvignon Blanc is comprised of 100% organic fruit from Mount Barker. It sees ample time on skins for that lip-smacking, apricot-y quality that we all love and will do so nicely in the esky this summer.
