Morei means dark in the Trentino dialect, and this wine is a direct reflection of that. Teroldego sourced from a vineyard where the vines are deeply rooted in the pebbles and sand that has been carried by the Noce river. 

Elisabetta's vines are set in the foothills of the Dolomite Mountains in Trentino, Italy. She has biodynamic certification, and takes a hands off approach in the cellar.
