Local delivery within a 25km radius of WCWS:

• Local deliveries are delivered every Friday.
  

• Order before 12pm Friday to ensure same day delivery for FREE Perth Metro area for orders over $60.
  
  
• If you are not home to receive the delivery, our team will leave the order in a safe place out of sight from the road and send you a photo confirmation.
  
  
• If there is no safe place to leave the delivery it will be returned for collection in store. Please note a delivery fee of $10 will be charged for any subsequent deliveries.

• We are unable to hand deliver to PO Boxes.

Shipping Info:

• Please note we have currently suspended Australia Wide shipping options due to changes within the Aus Post delivery service. 
  
• If you live within the Perth area (outside of the 25km delivery radius) and require shipping, please get in touch.
  

Returns:

• Please note that once your order has been accepted and dispatched by WCWS, we will not accept change of mind returns or exchanges.
  
  
• In the event that your purchase is faulty, damaged or wrongly described we will refund your money or exchange the product.
  
  
• Delivery charges will be reimbursed to you if WCWS are at fault i.e. faulty product, incorrect product delivered or product damaged in transit. In all other instances the delivery charge will not be reimbursed.
