Moromi Nigori is directly bottled from the tank with no charcoal filtration, resulting in a sake with fine fermentation sediment. It is entirely unpasteurised and undiluted with a distinctive cloudy finish.

Fragrant, fresh and dry with a slight hint of spritz. Serve chilled.
