This is Ari & Tony's homage to the classic Retsina. Skinsy Chardonnay and Zibbo blend that has been fermented with Greek pine resin.
Retsina is an ancient winemaking technique that is said to have been used to keep air out of the wine. The amphorae was sealed with the resin in ancient times and infused the wine with the resin aroma.
