Primitivo from just outside of Gioia del Colle, located on a plateau between Taranto and Bari, Puglia, Italy. The location of the vineyard is has a unique conditions for growing grapes, being 400 metres above sea level and receiving the sea breeze. The grapes for this wine spend just four days on skins before undergoing fermentation and élevage in stainless steel. 

This is a really special example of Primitivo. Floral, mineral driven, bright with a tart edge.
