Classic North Italian blend of Dolcetto, Merlot and Barbera from Valli Unite. 

Valli unite was born in 1981 as an Organic Cooperative, and is now a group of 35 people farming 100 Hectares of land in Costa Vescovato. They use gentle and organic farming methods to tend to their land. They farm a whole array of things, from grapes to cereals and vegetables.
