Smashable field blend of Cortese, Barbera, Malvasia and Freisa from Valli Unite. 

Valli unite was born in 1981 as an Organic Cooperative, and is now a group of 35 people farming 100 Hectares of land in Costa Vescovato. They use gentle and organic farming methods to tend to their land. They farm a whole array of things, from grapes to cereals and vegetables. 

This wine is savoury with undertones of cherry and strawberry. Super refreshing!
