Rio Chenery Australian Distiller, crafts this Raicilla high in the mountains of the Sierra Madre Occidental of Jalisco Mexico. Raicilla a spirit not to disimelar to mezcal, with a less intense smokey flavours. The pallet has much more citrus, tropical fruits and slightly floral. Drink neat or open it up over ice, why not try a cocktail..?
