This Yuzushu is made with a one-year-old Junmai Sake and Wakayama Yuzu juice at a 1:1 ratio. Full of the marvellous aroma of fresh Yuzu, with a zesty, citrus tart character and a fruity sweet and fresh finish.

Will last well for at least 8 - 10 weeks, ideally in a refrigerator
