Trousseau from vines aged 20-45 years old planted on gravel on marl. The wine undergoes a two day carbonic maceration period before normal maceration in stainless steel. Half the wine is aged in stainless, with the other half transferred to demi-muids.
Floral, beautiful tannic structure, black fruit. A really special, refined wine here.
