Domaine Rohrer is located in Mittelbergheim, in the northern part of Alsace region. The domaine is run by Ludovic Rohrer, who farms everything biodynamically.

The name of this wine means ‘I love you’ in Alsacian and is a multi-vintage blend of Gewurztraminer, Auxerrois, Sylvaner (with skin contact) and a little Riesling and Muscat. A super complex and interesting wine with layers of texture.
