Biodynamically farmed Premier Cru Champagne from Avize, in the Marne Valley. Côtes de Blanc fruit - 100% chardonnay mostly from Grauves featuring a low dosage (4 g/l) resulting in great purity of fruit and dense chalky notes and loamy texture.
Biscuity shortbread, lemon, searingly dry.
