Syrah from a forty year old vineyard in the French region of Ardèche. Whole bunch infused for two weeks before being pressed off to old barrels for a year.

Fine tannins, dark fruits, herbs and brine. Wonderfully crafted, easy going Syrah. A joy in the glass!
