Powerful Chardonnay from Nic Peterkin at LAS Vino. The grapes are sourced from the Wildberry Springs vineyard in the heart of Wilyabrup. Grapes are hand picked, cold pressed and fermented naturally in ceramic eggs and oak barriques, where it remained for 13 months. The resulting wine is creamy, round and perfectly balanced.
