Domaine Montanet-Thoden was created by Catherine Montanet, of La Cadette, in partnership with Tom Thoden. The Domaine has now been taken over by Catherine's Son, Valentin, who still employs the natural methods that Catherine had established from the start. This is Pinot Noir that is planted over fossilised limestone soils. A really wonderful example of red wine that can come out of the Vézelay region. 

Mineral driven, precise with a juicy edge. A real winner.
