Maria and Sepp Muster biodynamically farm their family vineyard in Styria, Austria. The vines for this wine are planted on  rocky clay and silt soils, locally known as 'Opok', which produces wines with intense minerality and structure. 

Morillon is the Styrian name for Chardonnay. This wine is mineral driven, with slight creaminess and a saline edge.
