Analog is the second label from Lou Chalmer, of Yume Wine.

The Saperavi grapes were hand-picked, pigeaged and then left for around four hours on skins before being pressed off directly into qvevri, which was sealed with wood and clay until bottling. Drawn from the qvevri for hand bottling in December 2017 with no sulphur added. A really lovely expression of Saperavi. Aromatic and balanced.

Red cherry, blackcurrant, fine plum like tannins.
